As dog lovers, we know that finding the perfect place to take our furry friends is important. Luckily, there are plenty of options for dog parks in Cleveland, Ohio, and the surrounding area.


Cleveland Downtown Dog Park

1505 Merwin Ave, Cleveland, OH 44113 – Open 8 am to 9 pm

In the heart of Cleveland, one of the most popular dog parks is the Cleveland Dog Park, located in the Ohio City neighborhood on the east side of The Flats. This fully fenced park offers separate areas for small and large dogs to play and socialize. The park also features agility equipment and water stations for pups to cool off on hot days.


Tremont Dog Park

West 11th St and Clark Ave Cleveland, OH – Open 8 am to 9 pm Mon-Fri every day

Another great option is the Tremont Dog Park. This fully fenced park provides plenty of space for dogs to run, play and socialize. There are also separate areas for small and large dogs so that everyone can have a safe and enjoyable experience.


Bow Wow Beach

5027 Stow Road, Stow, OH – Open 8 am to Sunset

If you’re looking for a park that’s a little more off the beaten path, the Bow Wow Beach Dog Park in Stow, Ohio, is worth checking out. This park is unique because it has a beach area where dogs can swim and play in the water. It’s the perfect place for pups who love to make a splash!


Canine Meadow Dog Park

9010 Euclid Chardon Rd, Kirtland, OH – Open Sunrise to (1/2hr after) Sunset

In addition to these parks, the Canine Meadow Dog Park in Berea, Ohio, is a great spot for dogs to get some exercise and socialize with other pups. The park features separate areas for small and large dogs, as well as agility equipment and water fountains.
