Lewis Black Off The Rails Tour – MGM Northfield

Lewis Black, widely recognized as the “King of Rant,” employs his distinctive comedic approach, characterized by boisterous outbursts and emphatic finger gestures, to lay bare the absurdities of existence. His comedic genius not only elicits laughter but also exposes the paradoxes and lunacy he observes in the world. A recipient of the prestigious GRAMMY Award for his stand-up performances, Lewis Black enthralls audiences with his critically acclaimed shows, gracing the stage for over 200 nights annually, where venues in Europe, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States resound with sold-out acclaim. He stands among the select few entertainers who have achieved full houses at multiple iconic theaters, including Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Brooks Atkinson Theatre, New York City Center, the Main Stage at the Mirage in Las Vegas, and an unforgettable Broadway residency at the Richard Rodgers Theatre in New York City.

Dracula the Bloody Truth – Great Lakes Theater

Professor Van Helsing embarks on a quest to unveil the “true” tale of the fearsome legend known as Dracula. Assisted by a trio of lively actors who skillfully portray a whopping forty characters, this high-octane reimagining transports you from the eerie Transylvanian landscape to the picturesque shores of England. It’s a spirited, uproarious, and (almost) true-to-form interpretation that promises a delightfully eerie evening brimming with humorous yet spine-tingling thrills!

Bob Dylan World Wide Tour – Akron Civic Center

His recent live performances featured a medley of cover songs, including Grateful Dead’s classics like “West L.A. Fadeaway,” “Truckin,” “Brokedown Palace,” and “Stella Blue,” in addition to renditions of Merle Haggard’s “Bad Actor,” Van Morrison’s “Into the Mystic,” and Bob Weir’s 2016 track “Only a River.”

“Dylan’s album Rough and Rowdy Ways” climbed to the second position on the Billboard 200 chart. In 2023, Dylan also treated fans to his latest work, Shadow Kingdom, a compilation of new tracks created to complement Alma Har’el’s film titled “Shadow Kingdom: The Early Songs of Bob Dylan.” This release was followed by Fragments – Time Out of Mind Sessions (1996-1997): The Bootleg Series, Vol. 17.

Spiderman Spiderverse Live in Concert – Playhouse Square

Take a trip down memory lane to the very origins of this extraordinary concert event! Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse Live in Concert presents an unforgettable fusion of symphonic orchestral melodies and the rhythms of hip-hop. This special experience combines a screening of the Academy Award®-winning animated film with the magic of live musicians and a DJ scratching it up on stage.

Emmy® Award winner Daniel Pemberton is the genius behind the expansive, groundbreaking original music that weaves its way through the film. His work is enhanced by contributions from renowned artists such as Post Malone, Lil Wayne, Jaden Smith, and Nicki Minaj. The result is a dynamic hip-hop-infused score that forms a rich soundscape, interwoven with the movie’s core themes of resilience and universal heroism.

Adding a unique touch to this tour is The Broadway Sinfonietta, an orchestra consisting mainly of women, especially women of color, under the guidance of conductor Emily Marshall.

IX Trick or Treat Street – IX Center

Little ghosts and goblins will make their way through creatively themed “not-so-spooky” Halloween houses in a safe, climate-controlled environment. But wait, there’s more than just candy! Surrounded by fall foliage including pumpkins and larger-than-life decorations, trick-or-treaters will enjoy kiddie rides and live entertainment scheduled throughout the day.

Kiss End of Road Tour – Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse

Kiss’ never-ending “End of the Road Tour” had a long-standing plan to conclude in New York City, with a “final concert” initially scheduled for July 17, 2021. Paul Stanley, addressing the audience on the Kiss Kruise in 2019, said, “We’ve been on the End of the Road tour, and people have asked, ‘When is the last show?’ So, we’re here to announce that the journey reaches its end on July 17, 2021, in New York City.” However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the band had to postpone a significant portion of their “farewell” tour, including that ultimate performance.

Stanley had previously explained, “We can’t continue lugging around 40 pounds of gear for much longer. There’s nothing melancholic about it. It’s a celebration with our fans worldwide. Our goal was to set a new standard for what a live band can achieve. That’s always been our mission: to be the band we never had the chance to see. Many shows out there carry the DNA of Kiss because there weren’t shows of such magnitude before us.”

The Zombies Different Game Tour – MGM Northfield Park

The iconic British psychedelic pop legends, The Zombies, who were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2019, have made their triumphant return with the highly anticipated album “Different Game” (2023 – Cooking Vinyl Records). This album serves as the long-awaited follow-up to their 2015 Billboard-charting masterpiece, “Still Got That Hunger.”
