Series Finale Against the Philadelphia Phillies


1 – Bullpen Game

On Sunday, it will be another bullpen game for the Guardians, with Xzavion Curry getting the nod to start the game. It will be RHP Aaron Nola starting for the Phillies. 

2 –  Shutouts 

After last night’s 1-0 game, the Guardians, who have pitched ten shutouts on the season, are now tied for 3rd in MLB with pitching a shutout.  Cleveland’s pitching also does not give up the long ball, currently 2nd overall in not giving up home runs and 7th overall in earned runs.
