Lil Duval – Improv Comedy Theater and Restaurant

Lil Duval’s path to stardom was a 15-year journey in the making. His breakthrough moment came after years of hard work and dedication to his craft. It all began in 2001 when he was performing stand-up comedy at the Oakland Bay Area Standup Competition. It was there that he caught the attention of Cedric the Entertainer, who invited him to join the Budweiser Comedy Tour, alongside Cedric and four other talented comedians.

Following this exciting opportunity, Lil Duval continued to impress Cedric, leading to an invitation to perform on Cedric the Entertainer’s television special, “Cedric the Entertainer: Starting Lineup.” In 2003, he further solidified his presence in the comedy world by releasing the underground comedy DVD titled “Dat Boy Funny” and “He Was On His Way.”

Lil Duval’s journey didn’t stop there. He went on to add various credits to his name, including appearances on popular shows like BET’s “Comic View,” HBO’s “Def Comedy Jam,” Shaq O’Neal’s “All Star Comedy Tour,” T.I.’s “Rubberband Man,” 24’s “Whatever You Like,” “Scary Movie 5,” “Shining Stars: The BET Awards Nomination Special,” and a return to “Cedric the Entertainer: Starting Lineup.” His consistent dedication and talent paved the way for his remarkable success in the world of comedy.
