Three Things Heading Into the Game Against Minnesota This Weekend

1 – Number 2

In the latest college football playoff rankings, Ohio State fell to the second spot behind the two-time national champion Georgia Bulldogs. Michigan is ranked third, and Florida State rounds out the top four. 

2 – Injury report

Head Coach Ryan Day did not have an update on DT Mike Hall Jr., who left the game against Michigan State, but Day did mention that LB Tommy Eichenberg and S Josh Proctor are showing signs of progress.  Day noted that he is “expecting to have a good week of practice for both.”

3 – Harrison for Heisman

Day pitched Marvin Harrison Jr. for the Heisman Trophy, saying, “I know there’s a lot of great players out there. I get to see him every day. I think he is the most outstanding player in the country.”
