The program features interviews with several people, including Chris Antonetti, the Guardians’ president of baseball operations, Kevin Millar, Jon Lester, Curt Schilling, Dustin Pedroia, Scott Rolen, Jason Kipnis, Steven Kwan, and Triston McKenzie, who have worked with Francona over the years. In the documentary, Theo Epstein, the former general manager of the Red Sox, praises Francona, saying that “he is baseball” and that Francona has created countless connections and friendships within the game.
